Position Overview:

InnoActive Group are leaders in providing project management and technology advisory primarily in public agencies and Fortune 500 entities. InnoActive Group has managed various construction and technology projects ranging in size from small projects to multi-billion-dollar capital programs.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Power BI & Data Visualization Intern to assist in building user-friendly dashboards that will drive data-driven decision-making for our sales organization. As a Power BI & Data Visualization Intern, you will work closely with our data analytics and sales teams to design and implement interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your expertise in Power BI and Power Apps to create intuitive, dynamic reporting solutions that empower stakeholders to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development: Design and build user-friendly, visually appealing dashboards for the sales organization using Power BI.
Data Analysis: Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to understand key metrics and create dashboards that highlight actionable insights (e.g., sales performance, conversion rates, revenue forecasts).
Excel Data Management: Use Excel for data manipulation and transformation as needed to prepare data for Power BI reports and dashboards.
SharePoint Integration: Assist in integrating SharePoint with Power BI and other tools for efficient document sharing, collaboration, and data access.
User-Centered Design: Ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to navigate, and provide a seamless user experience for the sales team.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with internal teams to gather feedback and iteratively improve dashboards to meet user needs.
Documentation & Reporting: Document dashboard designs, data sources, and processes for future reference and training.

Requirements:

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with Power Apps for creating custom business applications is a plus.
Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced data modeling and calculations in Power BI.
