As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects for our clients in the construction industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic advice to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage consulting engagements for construction clients, including developing project plans, managing budgets, and delivering high-quality work products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
Conduct in-depth analysis and research to develop recommendations and solutions that address client needs.
Develop and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Manage and mentor junior consultants on project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct assessments of construction projects and operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Provide expertise on technology solutions, including project management software, building information modeling, and construction automation tools.
Collaborate with other consultants and subject matter experts to develop and deliver cross-functional projects for clients in various industries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in the consulting industry; Construction preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience managing and mentoring junior staff.
